A deposit of $300.00 is required at the time of the contract. The deposit is not part of the payment of the hall. The deposit will be returned 5 days after the event. The deposit will be returned if there is no damage to the building,if there is damage the money to repare the damages will be deducted from the deposit. Once the contract is sign, the deposit will not be returned if the event is cancelled.
